Sweetwater Growers Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon steaks, 6oz ¾ inches thick each
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons Sweetwater Growers Infused Cilantro Oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetwater Growers Infused Garlic Oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion

Preparation:

Combine above ingredients in a small bowl. Place salmon in a shallow dish. Pour ½ of the mixture over fish. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Reserve the remaining mixture.

Place salmon on grill rack and grill 3 minutes per side. Baste with remaining mixture while cooking. Serve and enjoy with rice and favorite veggies.
