Mediterranean Pasta

Ingredients:

• 4 cps Chopped tomatoes
• 2 tbs Sweetwater Growers Micro Basil
• 2 tbs Sweetwater Growers Garlic Crushed Red Pepper Oil
• 4 cps Angel hair pasta, cooked
• 1/4 cp Feta cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Combine the tomatoes, Sweetwater Growers Micro Basil, and Sweetwater Growers Garlic Crushed Red Pepper Oil, salt and pepper. Let stand for 10 min. Pour over pasta, toss in the feta cheese.
